Iron is richer by 12.4 billion, whilst Batman only has 9.4 billion. According to Forbes list top richest frictional character. Issue is their wealth is not so far apart. What batman can buy iron Man can buy a few more.

They are both well adapted with technology skills. Given Iron man has physics, mathematics and engineering skills you can conclude in science and technology Iron man take the cakes. Yet consider Batman's has a lot of degrees in the DC universe.

Batman has been trained by the league of assassins and has mastered all forms of martial art according to the Comics (watch Dark Knight Begins or Gotham season 2; it justifies Bruce Wayne beings trained by Ra's al Ghul and Alfred Pennyeorth). Batman also mastered boxing skills.

Tony Stark has no form of physical training (based on my knowledge of Iron man story). I can prove it by the Avengers 1; when Captain America asked Tony "behind the suit what are you." So in a physical confrontation Tony Stark will loose.

To go all realistic Batman's and Iron mans mind capability are just the same. Even if Iron man has Friday/Davis; Batman has Alfred and Oracle. So I won't measure technology capability or knowledge.

So in my assumption if knowledge capability is just the same. Batman would of made suit to be at Iron mans level (like he made in superman vs batman). Iron man would of done the same like he made when he faced hulk. Batman's and Iron man's suits are forever changing to match the enemy. Like Superman vs Batman or when the games of Batman of Ark-ham Knight or city. As like Iron man in all his movies. Batman will make a suit or use one of his incredible vehicle that match Iron mans vice versa. Personally I think the Bat Wing is at the same level as Iron Man suits. According to the comic books the Bat-Mobile alone is stronger than a tank. But yet just according to comic books, Iron mans suit can actually be faster than a space ship (like seen the infinity war movie).

So with all this Batman clearly wins.
